As our business often makes bookings many months/years in advance of a hire date we will retain some elements of your personal data for 12 months past your hire date. You have a right of access to check your personal data to verify it being processed lawfully. We look to deal with all access requests within 30 days and there will be no charge for your request unless the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive. If a fee is charged it will be a reasonable fee based on the administration of providing the information.
